Your mission:

As a Sales Executive you’ll be dedicated to the acquisition of new partners in the Manufacturers and Wholesalers category which is at the very early stages of development and represents a huge potential for the future. We want to grow fast and have an impact rapidly!

Your role:

Prospecting: Identify and liaise with Manufacturers and Wholesalers in France that could find our value proposition of interest - your focus will be on Key Accounts / A-Brands.
Rapidly explore and unlock new accounts, the biggest players in the food industry.
Sourcing strategy: Define the most relevant pitch to conquer this new segment in France and if necessary adapt the pitch and our commercial strategy to different sub-segments (wholesalers, manufacturers, etc.) or per food category.
Project management: Coordination of innovative set-ups (new and existing such as the network of Andes that we work closely with), and process definition/follow up.
Onboarding: Launch pilots, follow up through reporting and data, setup corrective actions to improve food waste reduction performance.
Partnering: network and be the main contact point for all departments into the key account on your operations (Marketing, CSR, Legal, Operations, Purchasing, Management…) with the support of your Team Lead.
Developing: Roll-out our service in more Manufacturers and Wholesalers.
Marketing/ PR: Develop and coordinate a specific communication strategy based on the account needs in collaboration with our marketing department.
Internal process and expertise: Create and implement new processes to roll out faster and more efficiently.


Profil recherché

Requirements
You are experienced in Business Development (3+ years), ideally in the Manufacturers and Wholesalers sector and with a clear understanding of operational challenges faced in this industry.
You’re adaptable and can convince C-level contacts.
You’re a go getter and great communicator and never take no for answer. You’re persistent.
You’re creative, always full of ideas to implement new things
You are result-oriented and work with KPIs to guide actions.
You think analytically and are solution-oriented, with strong project management skills.
You are highly organized, continuously documenting and improving processes that meet business needs.
You have hands-on experience with sales technology and tools (experience using Salesforce will be a plus!)
You are fluent in English and can craft inspiring messages, you draw on those skills to set the bar high for yourself.
You have a true passion for sustainability - you understand the urgency of action for the planet.
