As a Junior Business Developer, your primary goal is to unlock meetings with international, C-suite targets for our sales team.

Every day you will:

• Research C-suite targets & map strategic accounts in collaboration with the Head of UK & Marketing Team
• Follow up in creative ways to optimize answer rate and lead generation
• You will work fulltime on the UK/US markets so excellent English is crucial

• Bachelor/Masters degree in a Business, Marketing and/or Literature related field
• Excellent English written communication skills (this will be a key attention point)
• Excellent English research skills (this will be a key attention point)
• Creativity: someone who is able to capture attention with 1 or 2 well-crafted sentences
• Entrepreneurial spirit: we’re looking for a hard worker and self-motivated BD
• A first experience as a Business Developer in a start-up is a strong plus
• Our core target market is retailers/brands, knowledge of this market is a strong plus
• French Language is a plus, not a necessity

• If your CV meets our requirements, we will ask you to do a business developer test: research a target we will give you and show us how you’d reach out.
• If you pass this test, we organize an interview with you.
• Final fit interview where you meet part of the team.
