As an Account Manager, you'll be a key contributor to the UK sales team’s overall success.

What you'll do

  • You'll be looking after the existing customer base within a small team of account managers, for customer service, retention, and dealing with upsell opportunities; All while building strong customer relationships and loyalty.
  • Day to day management of the account base (general enquiries, and assisting with billing queries and credit control).
  • Managing complaints through to resolution.
  • Collaborating with the sales and technical teams.
  • Reporting to the Head of Account Management.
  • Working from the London office, with home working an option for up to two days of the working week.

About you

  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • A good level of competency using Excel.
  • Strong telephone presence and experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A genuine care for customers and the service being provided.
  • Consultative seller who can build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, goal oriented, team player.
  • Previous experience in the F&B (food and beverage) sector is a plus
  • Knowledge of Hubspot / Salesforce (CRM) would be a plus
  • Data driven to make the right decisions
