■ GWP Procurement

• Handle and control the assigned GWP projects within schedules, quality and cost effectiveness.

• Assign jobs to suppliers according to established policies, procedures and systems to achieve maxi-mum economic value for business expending.

• Coordinate with related departments and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow. Daily update and sup-port to the sales team on technical and quotes topics.

• Knowledge and sourcing of innovative and eco friendly materials while considering budget constraint ( at least once a month)

• Manage sustainable industrial processes together with factories to reduce carbon footprint and energy waste during our productions

• Able to collaborate with vendor to address all the engineering issue to make sure the products are developed under control and with quality required.

• Develops strong relationships with suppliers and is expert in their capabilities and product categories.

■ Account Management

• Communicate with globally internal stakeholders for RFQ, sample, schedule, quality, engineering, lo-gistic, issues, deadlines…

• Make sure best service was provided to internal stakeholders so that more opportunities were given for each project

• Provide technical input and valued advice on projects as required while matching each brief

• Implements and uses management information systems to optimize communication and manage pro-jects smoothly with all stakeholders

• Manage P/L report to manager by weekly base on current projects.

■ Logistic Management

• Management of the logistics practice to make sure the goods can be delivered in right time, right quality and right format.

• Able to contact with our assigned forwarder partner to arrange the shipment.

• Paper work preparation, container ordering etc. to manage smoothly all the shipment steps after pro-duction and meet the deadlines requested.

■ Financial Control

• Ensures most competitive costs are achieved on each project

• Ensures best practice procedures are followed and documentation complete according to processes

• Identify cost save opportunity and advise to the sales team. Be proactive in giving cost options and make proposals beyond the brief specs

• Invoice collection and reconciliation with accounts

■ Requirements:

• Master degree in purchasing management/international trade

• A minimum of 5 years buying and sourcing experience in GWP / packaging

• Knowledge of materials : eco or innovative materials

• Business oriented, accurate on processes and quality effectiveness

• Good communication and negotiation skill, basic economic and legal knowledge preferred (for inter-national business)

• Fluent English (oral and written) and mandarin Chinese

• Have passion to work in beauty industry
