We are looking for the future Brand & PR Manager BENELUX to contribute to The Bradery’s international expansion.

Where ? In our offices in Amsterdam.
When ? ASAP

Your objective:
To make The Bradery shine in Holland, Belgium, and Luxembourg. As a key member of the marketing team, you will work closely with the branding team, the CRM team, and the creative team based in Paris as well as with our head of BENELUX Sales, based with you in Amsterdam.

Your missions will be focused on three main areas.

Influence and Social Media

The Bradery is born and raised on Instagram. With a community of 270,000 followers, we want to become the next shopping destination online for 18-35 years olds in Europe.

Influence marketing is a key part in our development. Your knowledge of the key profiles and influencers of tomorrow will be very helpful for our growth in the Benelux market.

To achieve this ambition we need to adapt and create content for the Benelux market.
Stories and Instagram posts, Tiktok content, your creativity and your knowledge of social networks will be a key element to help us develop our brand name in the Benelux.

Event & Partnerships

We build very close relationships with the brands we partner with. Your job will be to find ways to grow our awareness with our partners.
From Instagram contests, free gifting or physical events together, everything is possible!
Selecting the cool brands to work with and the right accounts to rely on will be a central part of your position.

Editorial

You will be the voice of The Bradery in the Benelux. You will have to adapt our tone of voice (elegant yet humorous) to your local market, to make sure it resonates well with our target audience.

Instagram content, newsletters, app notifications, all communication going to our Benelux customer base will go through you !

-You have a master’s degree in communication, marketing or advertising and are looking for a permanent contract as soon as possible.

-You have 2+ years of experience in a fashion brand or a great start-up in marketing, communication or influence.

-You are passionate about the most beautiful fashion brands

-You are born in BENELUX or speak Dutch and English very fluently (French is a plus)

-You are creative and have a lot of ideas to create over-performing, hot, unique content

-You are not afraid of the field, let alone taking initiative

-You are motivated and outgoing
