A Day in the Life:

• Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of advertising campaigns
  using our internal DSP
• Monitor campaign delivery
• Evaluate campaign performance and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis
• Maintenance and improvement of internal operational tools (set up, monitoring, invoicing,
  etc.)
• Analyze performance on a regular and ad-hoc basis to identify areas of risk and opportunity
• Actively respond to technical issues and escalations relating to discrepancies, ads not serving,
  delivery rate fluctuations, post-click performance tracking integrations, etc.
• Look for areas to innovate on our Platform
• Responsible for developing strong and effective working relationships at all levels

What You Bring to the Role:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferred (communications, etc.) - Bac+3 minimum
• 2-3 years of overall operations/data experience
• Attention to detail; detail-oriented
• Ability to use Excel / GoogleSheet Document to solve problems and analyze large data sets
• Expertise in web design; knowledge in creative design (Photoshop, etc.)
• Expertise in analyzing data, nice to have
• Demeanor that is calm under pressure with the motivation to do what it takes to finish the
  job
• Previous digital advertising campaign management experience, nice to have (Google,
  Facebook, TradeDesk, etc)
• Passionate about learning new technologies
• Must be able to work in a dynamic, fluid and fast paced do-it-yourself style startup culture
  with the ability to juggle multiple client deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
• You are proficient in English with good writing skills in English
• You are flexible, optimistic, and an enthusiastic participant in team meetings
• Capacity to work with all teams, including Sales, Creatives, Data and Product Development
