We are looking for a Planning & Scheduling Engineer M/F to join our multicultural team in Paris. Reporting hierarchically to the Head of the Planning & Scheduling Department and operationally to the Lead Planning & Scheduling Project/Proposal, you will be responsible for evaluating and monitoring the schedule of a Project.Main interactions:Internal: Lead Planning & Scheduling, Project Management Team, Business Unit, Proposals, Engineering, Process, Construction, Procurement, Management, operational centers for expertise.External: Contracting entity partners, Clients.Your main missions will be:- Define and implement the planning and physical progress measurement system (methods, time-schedules, progress, dashboards, progress reports, etc.),- Define the Project breakdown structures,- Raise awareness within the Project team about deadlines,- Monitor the Project status, detect delays, and recommend corrective actions to meet deadlines,- Estimate delays related to modifications and Claims. Prepare Extension of Time analyses in case of delays,- Plan to manage risks and reduce costs,- Deploy 4D on the project.About you- Experience within an Engineering company ideally in the Oil & Gas sector,- At least 5 years of experience in planning (Primavera P6),- Flexible, adaptable,- Rigorous and systematic approach,- Good interpersonal skills, team spirit,- Organizational rigor in working in a time management environment,- Good written and oral communication skills in English.Asset:- Digital culture,- Experience in other areas of Project Control: Risk management, Cost Engineering, Estimating.
