Within the Finance Department of Team Vitality, the intern/apprentice will have the following missions

• Participation in the budget and reforecast process (file construction and update)
• Participation in the monthly reporting for the investors and company’s management (deck update and ad-hoc analyses)
• Construction of ad hoc analyses according to the needs of the Business and the Finance Department (e.g. follow-up of partnership projects, inventory variations…etc)
• Intervention on the customer invoicing process (interactions with the Business on quotations, edition of the customer invoices, collection of administrative information)
• Support to the finance team for the monthly accounting closings

This internship/apprenticeship is a great opportunity to understand Team Vitality’s ecosystem from a financial point of view and to have a comprehensive view on the operations of the finance team in a fast-growing company.
The intern/apprentice will receive specific training from the finance team regarding Excel and French GAAP.

The internship/apprenticeship should ideally start from September 2022. The internship should last 6 months and the apprenticeship is up to 12 months.

1/ Hard Skills

• Master 1 or Master 2 student either in a business school or university with a major in finance, accounting and/or controlling
• First successful professional experience (internship or work-study) in finance (e.g. audit, management control, accounting, transaction services)
• Basic knowledge of French GAAP (e.g. main balance sheet and income statements categories, basic bookkeeping)
• Good command of Excel (e.g. pivot tables/TCD, SUM.IF/SOMME.SI, VLOOKUP/RECHERCHEV)
• Perfect command of French
• Fluent in English (part of the staff is not French-speaking and reports are written in English).

2/ Soft Skills

2. 1h interview in French with the VP finance and the financial controlling manager.
Questions will cover the experiences and the education of the applicant, his/her motivation, understanding of Team Vitality’s business, level in English and basic accounting.
