Descriptif du poste

Working closely with its manager the Head of Business Development, the primary duty of the Partnership Offer Manager is to contribute the overall commercial and sponsorship development of Team Vitality by producing and enhancing the partnership offer (deck/proposal/rights inventory/new offers)

Its main missions will be :

  • Design of commercial tools (presentations, reports, strategic notes…) dedicated to the sales force team
  • Production of sales decks and tailor-made commercial proposals
  • Update of generic commercial tools on a regular basis
  • Enhancement of the partnership offer arguments :
  1. in collaboration with others department (marketing, merchandising, diversification…)
  2. based on client’s marketing/communication/partnership objectives
  • Update and improve the overall rights inventory according to existing assets, new products and partner changes
  • Ensure the monitoring and centralization of all data points relevant to the Partnership team, in cooperation with the Data Manager: analysis, regular update, follow-up of dashboards, input in sales material and in commercial proposals, etc.
  • Follow-up of internal administrative documents
  • Relationship with graphic designers as part of the customization of commercial tools
  • Benchmark of new sponsorship rights and products with high added-value, and sponsors best practices in the esports and entertainment area
  • Ensure the monitoring of Team Vitality and partners media impact, and creation of bespoke reports

The Partnership Offer Manager will be supervised by the Head of Business Development and will have several departments as internal interlocutors : Marketing, Merchandising, Diversification, Esports…


Profil recherché

Knowledge / Expertise

  • Good knowledge of sports business and esports in particular (in general and in particular the business side)
  • Mastery of sports/esports sponsorship
  • Perfect command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Photoshop skills (even if limited) is a plus
  • Capacity to structure pitch-points, ideas/concepts and partnership narratives clearly and to produce qualitative decks
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects at a same time

Languages

  • Perfect command of English (spoken and written)
  • Command of another language will be an added value

Education

  • Graduate of business school with a focus on Marketing

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position as project manager in the sports business ecosystem (agency or rights-holder)
