Within Team Vitality’s business units, competitive teams and the external partners, as a vital part of the Esports Department at Team Vitality, the Esports Team Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day stakeholder management.

The main mission will be to ensure a smooth operation on all aspects of team management. You will report to the Head of Esports Operations.

We are looking for an operational expert that thrives in fast-paced environments while paying attention to detail and ensuring all projects are completed and followed up in a timely manner.
You will be part of the esports department, which is central to our competitive success and company strategy.

1/ Lead Process Management :

• Merchandising processes & follow-up
• Invoicing in collaboration with the finance department
• Weekly reporting structure with Team Managers
• Schedule and internal esports calendar management
• Bootcamp requirements in Vitality facilities & external facilities
• Onboarding / Offboarding plan of players and staff for the esports department

2/Monitor & track operations :

• Coordination between Vitality Business Units (most notably Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, and Finance)
• Daily operational support to Team Managers in relation to Tournament Travel, Bootcamp planning and budgeting
• Performance Center operations in Berlin and Paris with the support of the local team
• Team internal tool monitoring & process improvement
• Support Head of Esports on reforecast, budgeting and monitoring
• Helping the Esports Team Managers on their daily operations (Tournament Travel, Bootcamps, Budgets, Databases up to date + knowledge base)

Knowledge / Expertise

• General knowledge of the esports environment and team management; previous esports working experience strongly preferred
• Fast learner, thriving in a fast-paced work environment where you can see your impact

Professional experience

• Proven experience of 2-3 years in an operational and coordinative business environment

Personal skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize task quickly and efficiently and flexibility
• Ability to relocate to Paris, France at some point in the future OR Berlin, Germany

Education

• University degree, Bachelor or equivalent

Languages

• Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
