• Support the recruitment of Kitchen Staff and corportate functions for all Taster locations
• Develop candidate pipelines utilizing a variety of sources to include direct sourcing, networking, and social media.
• Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships with potential candidates, applicants, and hiring supervisor.
• Responsible for drafting our monthly newsletter
• Partner with marketing to raise employer brand awareness via innovative campaigns
• Diffuse the Taster Culture via communication and events

At least 2 years experience in a recruiting function (internship/apprenticeship included)
