Our Saint-Germain-en-Laye office

Our French office is situated in the beautiful St Germain en Laye. The company has recently relocated, and our bright and modern new office space sits on the iXcampus among a lively mix of established tech companies and start-ups. The campus contains a well-equipped sports facility, our canteen which hosts weekly afterwork get-togethers, and a magnificently restored castle for conferences and seminars. The location is easily accessible by public transport as well as by car, and our office has its own private green space where team members can enjoy lunch and coffee breaks together in the sun.

We offer hybrid working. Our campus offers excellent sports facilities, including a gym and basketball court.

Team rituals and events

We build our lively social calendar around three annual company wide-events:

  • Our annual kick-off in January
  • Our outdoor summer barbecue for all staff members
  • Our themed December potluck dinner, hosted by our newest hires and attended by all staff members and their families.

In the time between these events, we organise team-building events, as well as taking as many opportunities as possible to celebrate the birthdays and important life events of our team members.

Remote policy

Our work-from-home policy aims to set our employees up to perform at their best. We believe that by offering all employees hybrid work possibilities, we give them the flexibility to define their schedules and help them to achieve a better work-life balance. While many Sales roles within the company are completely remote, every employee has the option to work remotely at least two days per week. To make this as comfortable as possible, we provide supplementary office equipment such as a phone and additional monitor and use Microsoft Teams for informal exchanges throughout the day.

I recently left academia to join Takara. The ability to work remotely was a major factor in my decision, it gives me extra time at home with my son and family two days each week, that I would have otherwise spent commuting.
