Role Purpose :

The role is responsible for completing various banking operations on customer accounts. This covers the receipt of, and processing of, client cash transfers within agreed levels and appropriate operational risk controls.

The role is responsible for processing and approving new client account applications and existing client account amendments.  The role is also co-responsible for client document archiving and filing.

The role also includes quality assurance, bank reconciliation and exceptions management responsibilities.

To provide additional support and input to Bank initiatives as requested and in cooperation with other functional areas.

Your Profile: 

• 2-3 years experience working in an Operations/Back Office team within Financial Services
• Good knowledge of AML/ATF requirements and EU Regulation:
• Good Understanding of Banking privacy and data protection legislation in Luxembourg
• Good understanding of the regulatory environment and associated risks that require managing
• Understand the principles of Treating Customers Fairly
• Understand Banking and Financial Operations (including Electronic Payment Technology)
• Experience opening and maintaining corporate accounts
• Experience opening and maintaining B2B accounts
• Experience carrying out CRS, MIFIR, FATCA reporting
• Excellent level of verbal and written English, French and German an advantage
• Strong Accuracy and attention to detail
