Support the People Team and Swilers implementing/maintaining the right tools and processes
Provide global framework on key processes and support local adaptation
Ownership on People Analytics:
Produce and and update the People KPIs (legal reporting, internal dashboards)
Manage the Staffing Plan (Budget cycle, link with Hiring, HC/payroll monitoring)
Deliver key insights to People Team and teams based on People data

Own the employee/organisation data framework and set up a governance to ensure People data quality
Automate our dashboards via our HR Suite or dataviz tool
Lead our Staffing Plan process for the Group
8+ years’ experience in an international environment (Experience in Latam is a +)
Autonomy & ownership
A mix of strategic vision and hands on
Strong analytical skills
Ability to manage various topics (strategic to operational) at the same time
Experience in complex environment, working at a group level
