Your future missions will be focus on :

Common focus:

  • Support the People Team and Swilers implementing/maintaining the right tools and processes

  • Provide global framework on key processes and support local adaptation

Ownership on People Analytics:

  • Produce and and update the People KPIs (legal reporting, internal dashboards)

  • Manage the Staffing Plan (Budget cycle, link with Hiring, HC/payroll monitoring)

  • Deliver key insights to People Team and teams based on People data

  • Lead projects/programs to bring robustness and efficiency in our HR tools, data & processes

  • Ensure “One Team” experience for Swilers with consistent processes, data and tools

  • Provide and monitor our People data

  • Partner with all People Teams to structure and build key processes/tools, from design to implementation and follow up

  • Help the People Team to be data driven by providing HR dashboards

  • Build the right processes/controls to have data quality in our systems

🏢 Organization (Team)

  • Team of 4 people: Thibaut as manager with 3 team members (Agathe, Samuel and maybe you) managing tools and data for Swile Group

🎯 Key stakeholders

  • The People Team, in FR and BR

  • Pole Leaders and Leadership Teams

  • Finance Team on Staffing Plan/Payroll management (Budget, actuals…)

  • HR Reporting manager at Bimpli


Profil recherché

🍎 What to expect over the first 6 month

📅 Expectations (3 months)

  • Ramp up on Staffing Plan process (Budget / monitoring)

  • Update our People dashboards and deliver key insights to People Team and managers

  • Match our legal requirements in terms of reporting

📅 Expectations (6 months) -

  • Own the employee/organisation data framework and set up a governance to ensure People data quality

  • Automate our dashboards via our HR Suite or dataviz tool

  • Lead our Staffing Plan process for the Group

✨It will be a perfect match if

  • 8+ years’ experience in an international environment (Experience in Latam is a +)

  • Autonomy & ownership

  • A mix of strategic vision and hands on

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to manage various topics (strategic to operational) at the same time

  • Experience in complex environment, working at a group level
