• Permanently keep an eye on new trends, and share both internally (hiring guild) and externally around innovative innovative recruitment practices

• 8+ years of experience in scaling teams successfully in fast-paced environment
• Hands-on track record with a passion for innovative and efficient sourcing strategies
• Data-driven mindset and detail-oriented
• People person, with a natural ability to build sane relationships with stakeholders
