Swan est une fintech, une plateforme pour développeurs qui permet de créer simplement des comptes, des cartes et des IBANs.
La société a été créée en 2019 avec le fantastique start-up studio eFounders.

Etablissement financier régulé par la Banque de France, Swan est connecté à Mastercard pour émettre des cartes aux couleurs de ses clients et gère ses propres IBAN.

Job description

Swan is gaining massive traction, requests are increasing by the day, and we are ready to push those sign-ups to even greater heights. That is why your mission is to participate in accelerating this process and massively grow inbound leads by restructuring our sales and marketing tech stack and data integration. You will work within the GTM team (Sales & Marketing) to build Swan’s presence and community across Europe. Together, we will start great conversations about how non-bank companies can build their own branded banking services — and why they should!

What you will do:

  • You will take responsibility for integrating various data sources into the marketing and sales tech stack as well as defining and standardizing new processes for use in future growth operations and insight generation
  • You will track each lead with the CRM tech stack to maximize conversion rates, increase sales process efficiency, and identify KPIs at all sales levels
  • You will oversee the use of marketing operations processes and data within the tech stack setup
  • Help craft, refine, and distribute content that will capture and engage multiple new audiences across digital channels (Social Media, Blogs, Newsletters)

You are:

  • Results-oriented — You are excited to watch engagement and inbound leads multiply as a result of your work
  • Quant**You have a high degree of comfort with analytics, numbers and the capability to draw decisions based on both intuition and data
  • Self-driven — You appreciate independence and love to have ownership for your project
  • (Fin)tech-savvy — You think tech is cool, and want to get involved
  • Creative storyteller — You know how to turn anything into a captivating story
  • Confident, yet low ego — You love to challenge others’ ideas, and be challenged in return

You need to have:

  • You can break-down complex tech concepts for your grandparents — and they get it
  • Record of solving problems in a creative and entrepreneurial fashion
  • Ability to make sense of data and numbers through previous academic studies or work experience
  • Native-level English (we don’t care if you got it by watching “How I Met Your Mother” as long as it’s faultless)
  • A visa or permit to work in France

You’d have ideally:

  • Familiarity with tools such as: Hubspot, Albacross, HotJar, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Hunter.io, Zapier, N8n.io etc. (Ideally, you love to geek out on tools and aspire to convince us to implement your standard tool stack)
  • Experience with data-intensive projects using tools such as SQL or Python or similar
  • You live and breath social media; you’ve got all the accounts

You will gain/improve:

  • Hands-on experience working in a VC-backed, fast-paced startup environment
  • In-depth knowledge on go-to-market strategies and the underlying marketing and sales tech stack
  • Ability to work in a self-driven manner and creation of impact directly induced through your work
  • Practical experience with B2B marketing including brand, PR, content, digital, social
