Our People team is growing!

Swan is looking for a HR Operations (new position) to join its People team, with:

  • Clementine, our Team Lead
  • Amélie, our Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Feriel, our Office & Finance Officer

Part of an ambitious team, your role will be to facilitate Swan’s growth in Europe and optimize the employee experience!

You will be joining a startup that has seen significant growth in the last few months. We are now looking to expand in Europe - We’ve just opened our offices in Berlin and Barcelona.

This role requires passion for people, excellent rigor & organization skills, adaptability

Here is a snapshot of some of the responsibilities you will have:

  • Onboarding / Offboarding: You will be responsible for all HR tasks related to new hires joining or employees leaving (contracts, addendums, exit documents…)
  • Managing the payroll and perks for France and international subsidiaries (with the help of international partners)
  • Apprenticeships and training subsidies
  • Relations with our external partners and external bodies (ATLAS, URSSAF, health insurance company, work medicine, AGEFIPH, Lawyers…)
  • Management of internal legal documents (internal rules, IT chart, personal data management notice, company agreements)
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and collective and company agreements in force
  • Acting as the main contact for all internal HR related questions (sick / maternity / paternity leave, holidays, transportation…) and keeping our employees records up to date
  • Employees benefits (lunch vouchers, sport…)
  • Transversal projects: You will support the team to the launch of new projects!
  • Perform a monthly reporting

Profil recherché

  • 2/3+ years of experience in the HR / Admin field
  • You have worked in a fast-growing international environment
  • You know how to work with external and international partners (lawyers, accounting firms, …)
  • You are not afraid to manage several tasks at once and you know how to organize yourself.
  • You like to find solutions: you know how to show initiative to avoid getting stuck
  • You are rigorous and attentive to detail 
  • Excellent working abilities in French and English
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent team player and fun to work with
