We are looking for a person who is willing to laucnh Superprof’s Czech market from our HQ in Paris. We wish to maintain the high quality of our service and support the development of this market.
Working directly with the top management, you will be in charge of the development of Superprof in Czech Republic : development and management of our community of users in Czech Republic, management of our SEO strategy, competitive intelligence and merge & acquisition strategy, management of your own team in the mid-long term. We have the experience and knowledge to do this within our team so sharing best practices will be very easy.

Missions
• Launching Superprof in Czech Republic

• Translating and adapting the texts from www.superprof.fr together with the email and SMS templates sent to Superprof users – Supporting the role out of the service (setting of cities and towns, subjects, academic levels…)
• Suggesting improvements to our ways of working (process simplification, automatisation)
  • Developing the activity within the Czech market
• Co-defining the strategy and the priorities (business model, acquisitions, goals) – Communicating on Superprof in the media
• Boosting SEO of Superprof Czech Republic
  • Managing of Superprof’s community and activity
• Adapting the French website’s improvements to the Czech website
• Guaranteeing a high level of user satisfaction (email responses, telephone, social media) – Helping Superprof tutors to publish their tutor ads (pictures, text)
• Maintaining good connections between tutors and students

• Perfect knowledge of Czech Republic, C1 level of Czech and you speak French or English.
• You understand web culture and business
