Descriptif du poste

Your job is to make Supermood very appealing to all our core and indirect targets.
You’ll join the Marketing team, working closely with our Brand Content Manager, our Marketing Projects Manager and the Sales teams. Your goal : own all the online and offline acquisition and match all the sales needs in lead generation
Your north star metric ? The weekly volume of Marketing Qualified Leads.

😎 Your missions :

  • Set the objectives along with management and sales team and implement your strategy
  • Own and improve our current marketing mix : SEO, SEA, SMA, Partnerships, Content Marketing, Events
  • Test new channels : Affiliation, Display, Outbound, B2C2B, Oetc.
  • Improve continuously our Lead Scoring and Lead Nurturing models
  • Optimize our website and blog to increase traffic and conversion rate (weekly AB/Tests)
  • Manage our external agencies / freelances (Design, SEO, PPC) to help you hit the objectives
  • Measure and analyse campaigns performance and create great budgets, performance, and revenue reportings

Profil recherché

🎓 What would be a SuperFit :

  • 2-3 year experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, ideally in a B2B SaaS startup
  • Excellent writing in French / Very good English
  • You master Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • You managed significant acquisition budgets
  • You are good at managing projects from A to Z
  • You have experience working with agencies / freelances
  • You love using KPIs to demonstrate how you bring amazing value
