We are currently hiring for the position of Senior People Partner to join our GlobalPeople Team.

• You will get to know the business inside out and create People strategies to improve SumUp.

• You will advise & decide on the best course of action for different team issues that arise.

• You will jump into the data and help to make data-driven plans for improvements.

• You will contribute to the creation of scalable global solutions in a fast growing environment.

Your Profile

• Experience as a HRBP or HR Advisor in a fast-paced and high-volume environment, ideally 5 years+.

• Sound generalist HR experience.

• Ability to coach our team leads.

• Fluent in English + French, Spanish or Italian is a must.

• Excel skills.
• Availability to work in 1 of our 3 locations London, Milan or Barcelona.

Nice to have

• Workday knowledge
• Knowledge of English or French Labour Law is desirable.
• Experience of working in a matrix environment would be beneficial.
