Our community is made up of thousands of talented people and we are looking for an Offline Growth Analyst to help us launch and scale locally! We collectively build, plan and fine-tune the technology that drives SumUp and empowers small businesses around the world. We’re on a mission to redefine financial inclusion through accessible technology and products.Become part of the Peru Team with SumUp as our first Offline Growth Analyst. You'll be working closely with the founding team to support processes that scale and innovate SumUp from the ground up and take ownership of our Growth as in Sales, Marketing and PR to help launch the peruvian market.What you'll do:

  • Work directly with the Head of Growth in the launch of offline acquisition efforts to scale the Peruvian market.

  • Lead the creation and daily management of the Consultants Program (offline acquisition).

  • Acquire the first Consultants and Card Reader sales from this channel.

  • Explore new Offline Acquisition channels like Retail and Sales & Partnerships.

  • Experiment to improve payback period of Offline Acquisition efforts

  • Analyze data regarding revenue, customer acquisition costs, Consultants performance, activation, churn, and other growth metrics.

You’ll be great for this role if

  • You have 2+ years of professional experience (including internships), of which at least 1+ year of experience in Growth, Strategy & Ops, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Venture Capital.

  • You are passionate about growth and know how to do a lot with little.

  • You have strong analytical skills, feel comfortable with a vast amount of data and are familiar with SQL basics and are an Excel power user.

  • You are fluent in English - you’ll be part of a truly global team.

  • You get excited with the entrepreneurial, fast-paced, high-responsibility atmosphere of a growing Fintech.

  • You have strong creative problem-solving skills, a founders mentality and are result-oriented.
