- Involve in the assessment analysis of the plant.
-Identify critical material and spare parts to be purchased.
-Schedule maintenance work assisted by the CMMS coordinator.
-Manage a full range of routine planned preventive maintenance: condition monitoring, reactive and breakdown maintenance works associated with the plant, services and equipment to ensure mandatory and statutory compliance with policies and strategies.
-Apply and ensure the fulfillment of the maintenance procedures, after having defined them with the Plant Manager.
-Maintain adequate and accurate Safe System of work documentation to support the coordination of activities in compliance with Company Safety Instructions and Facility requirement.
-Coordinate with the operation department to ensure smooth maintenance of the equipment.
-Deal with the client concerning anything related to the spare parts and the maintenance of the plant’s equipment.
-Prepare the variation orders.
-Monitor expenses, prepare, and control the budget for maintenance.
-Bachelor’s degree in engineering – Mechanical/Electrical
-From 10 to 12 years in the same field.
-Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Competent in collaborating with other departments to resolve maintenance problems to ensure that they do not adversely affect production.
-Well-versed in implementing preventative and predictive maintenance programs on all company machinery and equipment.
-Effectively able to observe and enforce safe work practice adherence and coach employees to work according to maintenance SOPs.
-Experience in planning maintenance operations.
