    Let’s talk about Marketing ⭐️

    We are looking for our VP Marketing & Communications to join our Central Marketing team, focusing on 3 core missions: amplifying local marketing strategies in existing markets collaborating with local teams (Commercial & Marketing), operating Stuart’s go-to-market strategy in newly opened geographies and elevating our Employer Brand to support Talent Acquisition in their journey to hire the best talents.

    Located in our Paris office, you will join a solid international team of 12 people, work with various stakeholders both inside and outside Stuart & take care of a very large spectrum of Global Marketing responsibilities: Marketing, Product Marketing, Website, PR and Comms, Brand, Employer branding, Go-to-market expansion!

    What will I be doing? 🤔

  • Leading the Global Marketing function (currently 12 people) and its sub-teams - Growth, Content Marketing and Brand Design. Coach, empower talents and hire new roles / build new marketing sub-teams in line with business' growth needs. 
  • Building and implementing the Global Marketing strategy & department’s Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), liaising with local Marketing and Commercial teams, People department (HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development), Expansion, Strategy, Sustainability and Senior Management. Be accountable for initiatives, planning, delivery, ROI and budget. 
  • Collaborating with Local Marketing teams and drive alignment across global programs.
  • Conducting the Marketing expansion go-to-market strategy in new geographies and implementation collaborating with Country General Managers, Commercial and Operations teams. Help local countries to structure their marketing function and hire ad hoc resources.
  • Building ambitious programs aiming at scaling the growth of self-served Independent and SMB accounts in new markets using our SaaS delivery Product. Be accountable for initiatives, planning, delivery, ROI and budget.
  • Owning Stuart’s website product development roadmap, content and technical performance.
  • Acting as the guardian of Stuart’s brand working hand in hand with the Brand Design team to scale our unique DNA and build consistency across markets.
  • Being the central point of contact for everything related to Corporate Communications and Crisis management at a company level.
  • Taking our Content Marketing strategy to the next level, focusing on two pillars:  B2B content and Employer Branding. Co-pilot the Employer Branding strategy hand in hand with the People department (HR, Talent Acquisition & Talent Development).
  • What do we need from you? 😎

  • 10+ years of working experience in B2B Marketing, an experience in a fast-growth Tech environment would be a plus
  • You are a T-shaped marketer, working across Enterprise Marketing, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Communications & Brand. You have a strong expertise in Expansion go-to-market, & Website management - from creation to scale and maintenance
  • You demonstrate leadership & management skills, with an international mindset and strong business acumen
  • You are comfortable with modern marketing tool stack - i.e. at Stuart we work with: Google, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin paid ad platforms, Google Analytics, GTM, Tableau, Supermetrics, Zapier, Intercom, Stripo, Mailchimp, Salesforce, DATO CMS, Seobility JIRA, Confluence, Miro, etc.
  • Excellent working abilities in English - both oral and written; French is a big plus
  • You're a strategic thinker and a Doer! The team will grow, but in the meantime please don't be put off by doing a lot of things yourself while you'll be building amazing marketing strategies for the Global market at Stuart 😉
