    Let's talk about Customer Solutions Engineering ⭐️

    This role will have a huge impact where there are still many things yet to be defined. The role will work directly with the Head of CSE Lauren Gill. Having autonomy in a fast-changing environment, having an impact on the growth of a successful company, making transport greener in the cities, solving real-life problems - these are just a few things representing the role. The role is based in our Paris 🇫🇷 office. As Stuart grows the team grows which means there's lots of room for real career development! 💫

    What will I be doing? 🤔

  • Autonomously leading key clients from pre-sales through to go-live, and business as usual in integration or other technical areas.
  • Owning technical relationships with key clients and being adaptative to clients' preferences, including onsite visits, workshops, etc.
  • Publish in collaboration with other members of the team new guides and articles in the Developer portal.
  • Owning hiring processes of new team members.
  • Mentoring colleagues.
  • Advocating for the team within the company to ensure integrator needs are accounted for.
  • Identify and drive initiatives to meet the team's OKRs.
  • What do we need from you? 😎

  • Fluent in English for team collaboration.
  • Fluent French speaker.
  • Passionate about improving communication processes and relationships with clients.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge on dealing with tense conversations and managing clients' expectations.
  • 3+ years experience in managing technical projects such as API integrations or similar.
  • Any technical, communication, or business studies.
