    Let’s talk about Talent Acquisition ⭐️

    We are looking for a Lead Talent Acquisition Manager to join our amazing team, whose mission is to build successful teams by recruiting the best candidates worldwide. Our candidates shape the future of the company, which makes our mission extremely rewarding and exciting!

    You'll join a diverse, inclusive and supportive team of 15 people coming from 11 different countries driven by one goal: make hiring at Stuart best in class!

    The role will report directly to Maria Luchita, Head of Talent Acquisition.

    What will I be doing? 🤔

  • Partnering closely with our French leadership team to evaluate hiring requirements, challenge the profiles targeted, lead the search and recommend qualitative and swift shortlists of candidates
  • Managing a growing team of two recruiters
  • Owning the full cycle of the hiring process: job qualification, pro-active sourcing (direct approach via LinkedIn and emails, networking, referrals), interviewing, selection, closing, onboarding
  • Providing strategic recruiting expertise by staying abreast of sourcing industry trends, best practices in candidates’ evaluation tools, technological advancements and benchmark comparisons
  • Coaching hiring managers on recruitment and sourcing strategies and techniques to attract and engage with potential candidates to ensure a seamless candidate and hiring managers experience
  • Monitoring and maintaining key metrics and KPI’s to develop actionable plans towards a continuous improvement of results
  • Engaging with the Employer Branding strategy
  • What do we need from you? 😎

  • Significant experience in full-cycle hiring into corporate and business functions for fast-growing companies
  • Team Management experience
  • Experience recruiting for the French market, knowledge of the French Tech ecosystem would be a plus
  • Demonstrated skills in building talent pipelines by sourcing and screening inbound applications
  • Experience partnering and influencing hiring managers throughout the recruiting cycle
  • Fluent French & English speaker
