Let's talk about The People team  ⭐️

People are our greatest strength and we are on a mission to drive our company’s growth, whilst ensuring we have the best people at hand to help us to do this. Our People team at Stuart consists of 6 People areas: Acquisition, Development, Operations, Culture and Social Impact, Reward, and People Partners. Together, we build experiences and processes that define the employees' journey with us, which is essential to us here at Stuart.  We embrace the Stuart brand and help bring it to life. Our culture is also a central focus enabling professional development, flexibility, and effective relationships.

Let’s talk about the role  🙌

The People Operations team is looking to hire a People Operations Manager to oversee all the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, employee relations, and project work.  We are therefore looking to find the right candidate who has a good understanding of the People Operations’ dynamics and a thorough knowledge of labor relations in Europe, especially in Poland & Spain (with knowledge of practices in Portugal, Italy, and the wider EU, in general, an advantage). This is an incredibly varied role with a significant opportunity to have a huge impact and make a fundamental difference. You will be granted trust, autonomy, and freedom to deliver results whilst working as part of a highly collaborative team. You will be working with a team based in Barcelona, consisting of another People Ops Manager and People Ops Associates.  This position is either to be based in Barcelona or Warsaw office.

*Please kindly attach your CV in English.

  • Collaborating and coordinating global projects with the Culture, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Reward, and People Business Partners.
