As an Account Manager you will join our fast growing London Commercial team and will work very closely with the Senior Account Manager of our food vertical business and the leadership teams. This is a highly impactful and strategic position where you will play a key role in growing one of our largest clients 🚀 You will be joining a great team at one of the most promising start-ups in Europe, surrounded by entrepreneurs passionate about disrupting existing models throughout technology!

What will I be doing? 🤔

  • Supporting the roll out of key brands with the client at a national level in a changing, complex environment
  • Tracking client launches and pro-actively highlighting any issues with the client (e.g. incorrect dates of launches) as well as handling and solving ad-hoc clients' requests
  • Identifying performance issues across the UK within certain cities and certain restaurant brands and suggesting performance-improving actions to the client
  • Communicating regularly across teams and with the client to improve performance as well as participating in high level business meetings involving Stuart and the client
  • Building and delivering presentations to improve ways of working between Stuart and the client
  • Working across all Stuart teams to prioritise client-facing efforts, taking the initiative to identify issues and find solutions
  • What do we need from you? 😎

  • 2+ years of Account Management or client-facing roles
  • Hungry to learn and exceed client expectations in a highly dynamic tech environment
  • Solutions-oriented, always looking for innovative ways to make things work rather than reasons why something won’t work
  • Experience of managing and/or supporting on projects involving multiple stakeholders from different teams
  • Analytical mindset and proven problem-solving skills, data-driven mentality 📊
  • Consultative approach, with a natural desire to understand your client’s needs and work to find a solution that fits them best
  • Comfortable in using Microsoft office/Google docs to create presentations and conduct analysis
