We’re looking for a Marketing Program Manager who is excited to develop, operationalize, and rapidly scale our marketing and community programs, including (but not limited to), events, social media, and content campaigns. You will work hand-in-hand with a Developer Advocate to drive programs’ success, produce data-driven results, campaign reporting, and holds us accountable for hitting key metrics of community engagement and growth.

Missions

  • Manage business case realization through program coordination, alignment, and integration of the deliverables throughout the program.
  • Perform program business reviews with the Marketing leadership team to verify ongoing program alignment with the current needs of the business.
  • Drive the content strategy; ensuring educational resources stay up to date, decks are maintained and updated, and implementing a quality control process for review of new content signed off by content experts.
  • Support and drive the campaign calendar. Partner with cross-functional team members in Marketing, Design, and Content to publish and distribute compelling content and narratives to our audiences.
  • Scale, extend and drive the global expansion of existing community-focused programs, for example, Hackathons, User Groups, Meet-ups, Community, and conferences.
  • Build relationships with community enthusiasts in the field to improve the experience of the open-source developer community and produce relevant one-to-many educational resources.
  • You will track and improve important community engagement metrics. This might include the size of the developer community, the adoption of specific initiatives, and the general sentiment and experience of developers when using Strapi.

Profil recherché

  • 4+ years of marketing experience in a marketing program or campaign manager role
  • Experience working with Developer Communities
  • Understanding of Marketing Program Managers tools, process and reporting.
  • Willing to travel to conferences, meetups, and other events
  • Strong ability to analyze an idea and develop a plan to execute
  • Experienced in core marketing functions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Headless CMS and the JAMstack or JavaScript ecosystem is a big plus
