The Marketing Coordinator will work with the Marketing team to define, build and implement marketing campaigns for Strapi.
As part of the Marketing team, you will ensure that our campaigns are aligned with larger company communication goals and content strategy.
You will also develop and curate social content and assets that contribute to brand awareness, educate the community and elicit support, assert category leadership and generate both inbound and outbound leads for both Strapi’s open-source and commercial editions.

Missions

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the company’s social media initiatives, including the development of organic social media content and campaigns that are executed across all social media channels and are optimized for SEO.
  • Build Strapi’s brand and increase our presence, fans, and engagement on all our social media networks.
  • Work with the Marketing team on various communications initiatives as it relates to social media and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with broader Marketing team to generate ideas for social events, campaigns, and meetups that meet social media and influencer growth objectives.
  • Implements content marketing campaigns by updating content calendar and publishing on blog and marketing channels.

Profil recherché

  1. Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Digital Marketing.
  2. Excellent writing skills and experience developing marketing communications.
  3. Team-player though autonomous, driven, entrepreneurial work ethic with a “roll up your sleeves” approach to every task.
  4. Highly engaged and proficient with relevant Email Marketing & Social Media platforms as well as monitoring and publishing tools: Hubspot, Mention, Analytics, etc.
  5. A strong interest in technology and start-ups, and a sense of comfort with technical content.
  6. Comfortable communicating projects and programs throughout the organization in an effective manner.
  7. Appetite for design and knowledge of design tools (Figma, Sketch) is a great bonus.

Déroulement des entretiens

  1. A 45 minutes call with the Marketing Director in order to get to know each other better and explain your upcoming tasks.
  2. A 30 minutes call with another Marketing team member.
  3. A fully remote exercise to evaluate your hard skills and understand how you see the world.
  4. Video calls with future team members to discuss hobbies, values and help you project yourself in the company.
