We are looking for a Growth Manager to further scale our acquisition channels and brand awareness. Your mission is to help us build a foundation for excellence by reinforcing growth strategy with metrics, business processes, and best practices. You will help the Marketing team to maximize traffic acquisition,  user activation and conversion through tracking of KPIs. The successful candidate will take an analytical approach by consistently finding solutions to maximize acquisition, engagement, retention, and referrals.

Missions

  • Manage and support the Marketing / Growth technology ecosystem, including HubSpot, Chargebee, Google Analytics, Hotjar and more, along with the selection of new technologies.
  • Work closely with the company leadership on the implementation of solutions that maximize efficiency and conversion rates of each marketing/sales channel
  • Utilize marketing automation to generate, assign, nurture and report leads.
  • Create lead management processes that can scale alongside the business, notably in developing advanced lead and account-based scoring methodologies.
  • Collaborate with demand generation, partnerships, content, and sales to generate metrics on lead, pipeline, revenue generation, and cost of acquisition.
  • Further develop our multi-touch attribution modeling. Provide insights on marketing channel contributions to closed won business and pipeline.
  • Partner with the Finance team to analyze budget needs investment requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing/sales database.
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing & sales team performance.
  • Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B Growth Marketing in high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
  • Data, statistics, conversion rates, and discovery opportunity where others cannot in trends and patterns makes you excited.
  • High proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools or other other Growth Marketing tools. 
  • Sharp analytical skills, with experience providing data analysis.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Marketing Automation, CRM, BI/Analytics tools. Experience integrating tools across systems.
  • High desire to complete assignments autonomously, but in close collaboration with a broader team.
  • The ability to conceptualize business processes, clearly illustrate pain points, and recommend changes to the systems that support those processes.
