Are you passionate about finance and do want to immerse yourself in financial modeling of a fast paced growing company? Are you curious, eager to explore and learn in a dynamic and supportive environment?

The Finance & Legal team at Strapi is currently looking for a FP&A Intern / Financial Planning Analyst to help analyze and project our financial and business performance. Working closely with Finance & Operations Manager and other team members and by creating business finance partnerships across the organization you will be at the front seat to drive improvements and business optimization.

Depending on your experience, this position can start as an internship or directly as a fulltime employment contract.

📍 Location This role is fully remote, CET +/-4H.

📋 What will my job look like on a daily basis?

  • Creating, updating, and maintaining reporting templates and financial models with a focus on automation and efficiency
  • Tracking and improving processes to monitor business and financial KPIs and prividing analyses to assist business planning
  • Supporting Finance & Operations Manager in monthly and quarterly reporting, forecasting and budgeting processes
  • Supporting key strategic decisions
  • Collaborate across organization and create business finance partnerships
  • 💙 About you:

  • Education: You are a recent, or are soon about to be, Master’s graduate in Finance or related field.
  • Experience: You have some work experience (internships icluded) in FP&A.
  • Language: You are fluent in English.
  • Hard Skills: You have previous experience in financial modeling and you are comfortable with large datasets and using different tools and systems.
  • Analytical skills: You love solving problems and analyzing data and yoy have strong logical thinking skills. You master (or want to master) SQL and you have advanced skills with Google Spreadsheet / Excel.
  • Autonomy: You have demonstrated ability to work autonomously. You are a quick learner, proactive and well organized.
  • Mindset: You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like challenges and you like getting hands-on. You don’t get stuck in the face of difficulties, and you know how to bounce back when things go wrong.
  • Communication: You have strong analytical and communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to work with remote teams.
