Descriptif du poste


We are looking for a smart and talented Technical Engineer to build a bridge between non-technical operators and our informatical system.

You will be responsible for handling technical queries from our operators which have 3 primary outputs:

  • Explain how to perform the desired operation on our interface
  • Solve technical issues
  • Write bug reports & feature requests to improve our operations.

You will be the go-to person for anything related to our product, it’s features and how to use it.

  • Reproduce and write detailed bug reports and feature requests

How we work

  • Every team has a daily meeting
  • Every Monday after lunch we have a weekly meeting where every team can share what they did the previous week and what they will do for the coming week
  • Every quarter we have our OKR meeting where every team can show how they worked on their OKR and what will be their next OKR
  • During all these meetings everyone can challenge each other

Profil recherché

You see yourself in the following:

  • No previous experience required, we provide training. A past experience in IT or a strong experience in B2B customer support highly valued
  • You are very rigorous and you like to investigate technical problems
  • You feel very confortable with software and like to dig in their configurations
  • You love math and logic
  • You can speak English
