About Stockly

Stockly is a retail-tech company that targets to solve the problem of out-of-stock products in e-commerce. With our technology, e-retailers can keep selling out-of-stock products, making other retailers ship them directly to consumers.

Our product is live across Europe and convinces more clients every day. We’ve raised over $20m in aggregate with European tier-1 investors among which daphni and Eurazeo, and are willing to reshape the e-commerce rules → Our mission is to create the world first global inventory for retail. What are the missions?

To tackle our cross team challenges, you are a candidate willing to actively participate to the company development as key player of the team alongside with our CEO. Your main mission will be to hire new talents. Your missions will be:

  • Defining score cards and job descriptions with the CEO and the Team Leaders (Tech, Ops, Partner Success & Admin)
  • Hunting candidates (mainly tech profiles from top engineering schools and operationals)
  • Managing relationships with recruitment agencies
  • Conducting initial interviews with candidates and develop a strong bond with the best candidates to make them want to join Stockly
  • Participating to school recruiting forums (Télécom, Centrale Paris, EPITA …)
  • Improving our recruiting processes such as:

    • Structuring the recruitment process,
    • Coaching managers on good practices and setting up an analytical follow-up.

How we work

  • Every team has a daily meeting
  • Every Monday after lunch we have a weekly meeting where every team can share what they did the previous week and what they will do for the coming week
  • Every quarter we have our OKR meeting where every team can show how they worked on their OKR and what will be their next OKR
  • During all these meetings everyone can challenge each other

Profil recherché

So, if:

  • You are autonomous
  • You love learning from others and humbly sharing knowledge with them
  • You are very tenacious
  • You have a strong need for curiosity to understand all the workings
  • You are detail-oriented and always looking for ways to improve
  • You are rational and charismatic
  • You have at least a first experience in hunting candidates
  • You are fluent in French and in English
  • You know how to argue and convince!
