Qui sont-ils ?

Stockly permet aux e-commerçants de continuer à vendre même lorsqu’ils sont en rupture de stock en les connectant à un réseau de fournisseurs. En construisant le premier stock mutualisé, Stockly transforme la rupture de stock en force. En effet, près de 30% des consommateurs confrontés à ce problème abandonnent leur panier d’achat car un des produits souhaités était en rupture.

L’équipe de Stockly fait face à des défis variés aussi bien sur l’aspect business que technique ou encore logistique. Internationale dès ses débuts, Stockly doit gérer des problématiques de variabilité de modèles et de volumes de données au quotidien.

Les équipes TechOps, Engine, BI, Back-office, Ops, Sales et Admin travaillent ensemble à la résolution de ce problème !

About Stockly

Stockly is a retail-tech company that targets to solve the problem of out-of-stock products in e-commerce. With our technology, e-retailers can keep selling out-of-stock products, making other retailers ship them directly to consumers. 

Our product is live across Europe and convinces more clients every day. Our mission is to create the world first global inventory for retail. To better understand what we do, check out our French pitch at BFMTV, or our English pitch at Techstars.

We are looking for a smart and talented people intern to join the Admin team working closely with Claire our People Associate.


Your main mission will be to hire new talents and make working at Stockly an amazing experience.

Right now, we have more than 15 opened positions.


  • Defining score cards and job descriptions with the different managers
  • Sourcing candidates
  • Distributing job offers
  • Developing our employer brand (Linkedin, Twitter…)

Office management
We are 50 people in our office*

  • Ensuring the office management (hapiness at the office, spatial organization, buyings, repairs, manage third party contractors)
  • Organizing Stockly’s events (family lunchs & dinners, team meetings, offsites, parties …)

We are more than 30 Stocklers

  • Helping Claire on admin tasks (HR legal tasks, incoming mail & parcels, purchases, other projects).

Along with the rest of the team, you will own Stockly’s continuous improvement policy by identifying and escalating pain points for them to be solved, helping the company and team move to the next level.

How we work

  • Everyteam has a daily meeting
  • Every monday after lunch we have a weekly meeting where every team can share what they did the previous week and what they will do for the coming week
  • Every quarter we have our OKR meeting where every team show how they worked on their OKR and what will be their next OKR
  • During all these meetings everyone can challenge each other
