About Stockly

Stockly is a retail-tech company that targets to solve the problem of out-of-stock products in e-commerce. With our technology, e-retailers can keep selling out-of-stock products, making other retailers ship them directly to consumers.

We are looking for a smart and talented Account Manager to join the Partner Success team working closely with the Head of Operations Pierre. The Partner Success team is currently composed of 3 people (Sorbonne, EmLyon & ESG). Due to our growth (x4 per year), this number is likely to increase quite rapidly.

Position

A smart and talented Account Manager to join the Partner Success team to work with us on perpetuating partnerships by humanising the relationship and improving the business with existing accounts.

The Partner Success team has a central role within the company, interacting with all the other teams.

You will be key to our company development by representing Stockly to our partners (Galeries Lafayette, BHV, Cdiscount, Go Sport, L’Exception,….)

Your missions will include:

  • Maintaining excellent communication with our partnered retailers
  • Ensuring a solid onboarding experience and process from day one
  • Generating GMV growth opportunities within the network
  • Improving the commercial terms with our existing portfolio of partners
  • Investigating to find solutions and prevent problems from happening again
  • Using KPIs to understand which partners and suppliers to target
  • Improving integrations and relationships with the partners, reducing the manual workload for our Operations & Finance teams

Everytime you will face recurring tasks or pain points, you will be in charge of finding and implementing solution to tackle this and help the company and team move to next stage.

How we work

  • Every team has a daily meeting
  • Every Monday after lunch we have a weekly meeting where every team can share what they did the previous week and what they will do for the coming week
  • Every quarter we have our OKR meeting where every team can show how they worked on their OKR and what will be their next OKR
  • During all these meetings everyone can challenge each other
