About Stockly

Stockly is a retail-tech company that targets to solve the problem of out-of-stock products in e-commerce. With our technology, e-retailers can keep selling out-of-stock products, making other retailers ship them directly to consumers.

We are looking for a smart and talented Finance intern to join the Admin team working closely with Etienne our Financial Associate. You will develop and structure the growing Finance Team 🚀

Position

Financial review

• Develop and create financial reports for Stockly and its subsidiary
• Prepare and update the quarterly and yearly budgets
• Monitor and improve the various management and internal control processes within the company

Accounting

• Invoice demanders and suppliers within Stockly’s network
• Follow-up of payments and reminders for unpaid customers
• Assist our accounting experts on monthly VAT declarations

Cash management

• Be part of debt fund raising
• Help developing the business plan
• Optimization of cash management processes

Admin

• Prepare operational and legal contracts to be signed with Stockly’s counterparts
• Follow-up of the administrative onboarding of the employees

Along with the rest of the team, you will own Stockly’s continuous improvement policy by identifying and escalating pain points for them to be solved, helping the company and team move to the next level.

• Everyteam has a daily meeting
• Every monday after lunch we have a weekly meeting where every team can share what they did the previous week and what they will do for the coming week
• Every quarter we have our OKR meeting where every team show how they worked on their OKR and what will be their next OKR
