As an XR Developer Evangelist, you will be part of a talented team working on the ZED cameras and ZED SDK. You will be the face of Stereolabs in the Unity and Unreal developers community. You should know every single aspect of the ZED camera and SDK inside and out, and use your experience to inspire and help developers create exciting interactive and immersive experiences for entertainment, sports, training and medical applications.

In addition to being Stereolabs' voice, you will also be its ears. You will be key in capturing valuable insights on the field and feeding them back to Product Management to improve the ZED SDK.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize the usage of the ZED camera and SDK and share knowledge with the community.
• Work in synergy with other teams: craft the message with Product Marketing, learn from R&D, plan online presence with the Marketing Team.
• Create your own presentations and in-engine demos, or take existing content from our Content and Demo Teams, and modify them to suit the occasion.
• Continually educate yourself on the ZED SDK and plugins and the latest trends in the Media & Entertainment industries.
• Produce regularly detailed reports on your outreach and keeping track of your interactions
• Listening to customer pain points and partner needs and advising on approach, design and configuration best practices that solve their short and long-term problems.
• The job requires ~50% of your time communicating with customers.

• 2+ years of software development experience, C++ and C#
• Solid experience in Unity
• Experience with Unreal and Touchdesigner
• Experience building APIs, launching SDKs and evangelizing in Developer community
• Prior experience actively leading and engaging in developer communities, through blogs, forums, conferences, or other developer-focused sites.
• Strong technical writing skills demonstrated via blog posts and other written work
• Strong desire to work in a startup environment with a passionate team to help grow a business
• You are flexible, adaptable, and understand that a startup doesn’t mean things are always perfect, however you are someone that strives to improve process and adapts as needed to competing priorities
