Sales department

The mission of the Sales department is to turn prospects into customers by demonstrating the added value of our solution for optimising internal corporate communications. It works closely with the pre-sales team to qualify leads and organise personalised presentations, either face-to -face or remotely.

This service is divided into 3 parts :
- The small and middle market : companies with up to 500 employees

- Major accounts : Companies with more than 500 employees

- Key accounts : Networks and groups of companies, subsidiaries and franchisees

🤙 When you join Steeple, you'll be working alongside a team managed by Quentin, Heads of Sales France, and as part of a regionally-based Account Executive team.


The position

🚀 Steeple is growing fast in France and internationally, and through this post we want to conquer Germany ! 

So, as part of this great adventure, we're looking fot the person who will enable Steeple to convert as many companies as possible to internal communications, working alongside our greta team.

In the long term, the idea is to grow the german office and recruit new staff.

🤝 As such, your missions will be to:

  • Leading the development of the Steeple's offer for the German market
  • Present and sell Steeple to interested companies and partners
  • Generate ARR by acquiring new customers.
  • Generating ARR from our customers through up-selling and cross-selling
  • Implement a prospecting strategy, targeting the key people in the target companies (HR managers, communications managers, CEO's, CIO's)
  • Create a network of partners to increase Steeple's visibility
  • Be the main contact for the Sales management team
  • You are bilingual (or mother tongue) in German and fluent in English, French is a big bonus (but not mandatory)
  • You are an expert in sales techniques
  • You already have knowledge of the German market and a network of contacts
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and you are proactive
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You are autonomous in your assignments
  • You are agile and adaptable in the face of change
  • You lkike a challenge in an ambitious environment
  • You're curious and able to make suggestions
