As Content & Communication Manager, you will develop content and value-adding actions to better market our product, increase our brand awareness and generate qualified leads. Working closely with our co-founder, you will be responsible for developing our global communications and content strategy. You have a business approach to Content Creation and have a strategy to produce simple and exciting stories.

Main roles and responsibilities

  • Develop our global communications and content strategy
  • Strengthen our image and brand
  • Draw a content roadmap & calendar answering the needs and business objectives of our Sales Team and Customer Success Team
  • Develop targeted semantics to reach our buyer personas and various target audiences
  • Create content including sales decks, success stories, product presentations, market infographics, case studies, video interviews, press releases, podcasts, and blog posts
  • Create social media posts for key stakeholders and develop our social media channels
  • Work internally and externally to source data to illustrate our impact for big companies
  • Support in organising PR collateral
  • Organise and animate events with clients & prospects (innovation breakfast, conferences, webinars, etc.)
  • Participate in developing content partnerships & PR partnerships

Profil recherché

Qualifications and skills

  • English native (additional languages like French, German, Italian and Spanish are a plus)
  • 3+ years working experience within the field of content creation and communications at a B2B SaaS high-growth startup, an Enterprise B2B SaaS company, or similar environment
  • Excellent writing skills with a strong creative mindset (you never lack initiatives, energy, or new ideas)
  • Familiar with content creation tools (ability to create infographics, shoot & edit videos, create beautiful visuals, etc.)
  • SEO knowledge
  • Excellent Project Management skills with a strong sense of deadlines
  • Passion for the tech industry and the world of B2B SaaS, Enterprise software and Innovation
  • Hands-on attitude with a true problem-solver mindset
  • Your best team player skills: you trust in the team and bring out the best in them
