What does this role entail?

FreshR is lead by a CEO (Henri) and a startup studio (Startup Factory). We are looking for the third co-founder. Your missions will be mainly focused on operational excellence and corporate functions:

• Operational excellence: make sure the company is compliant with local rules and developp best practices for every step of the business
• Finance / accounting: create processes and financial reportings / manage day-to-day accounting
• Administration: you’ll be the “keeper of the flame” or the “guardian of the temple” of our admin and legal docs
• HR: manage the recruitment and integretion of shop managers
• Board of directors: participate and co-lead the board of directors
• Strategy: co-elaborate the strategy of the company
• Everything: yes, we are still a startup, and for a long time. It means you might from time to time execute tasks that are not yours originaly, as the team is still small. It means you might occasionaly have to go on a corner to press fresh juices !

FR/NL

3-5 years with knowledge of corporate finance / accounting or operationnal excellence and organization.
Experience in consultancy is a plus.

Knowledge of the retail business is a big plus.
