Join Splio's Ops team as a Data Ops Analyst Intern. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing the automation, intelligence, and reliability of our data stack. Your responsibilities will include ensuring data reliability, building dashboards and reports, automating internal processes, and integrating AI components into workflows. Missions clés

Comprendre et modéliser des flux de données robustes, maintenir et améliorer la pile de connecteurs existante, et assurer la qualité et la cohérence de notre fondation de données.

Construire des tableaux de bord, des rapports et des outils pour surveiller les KPI clés de Splio, et automatiser les processus internes pour améliorer la productivité.

Intégrer des composants d'IA dans les flux de travail internes et proposer proactivement des cas d'utilisation innovants de l'IA dans toute l'entreprise.

🎯 Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It

You’ll be joining Splio’s Ops team, reporting directly to the company’s leadership. The team’s mission is to deliver key decision-making insights and drive operational efficiency and performance. You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing the automation, intelligence, and reliability of our data stack.

Your goal: Understand the company’s strategic challenges and unlock the power of data—quickly and sustainably—through automation and AI. Your work will support strategic decision-making and drive operational improvements across departments.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

Data Reliability

  • Understand and model robust data flows

  • Maintain, secure, and improve the existing connector stack

  • Ensure the quality and consistency of our data foundation

  • Diagnose and fix errors in our information system’s data flows

Analytics & Automation

  • Build dashboards, reports, and tools to monitor Splio’s key KPIs

  • Automate internal processes to boost productivity across Revenue, Finance, Client, and Product teams

AI & Innovation

  • Integrate AI components into internal workflows

  • Proactively suggest innovative AI use cases across the company

Profil recherché

  • Final-year student from a top engineering school (end-of-studies internship) mandatory

  • Strong data background: SQL, Python, APIs, data architecture

  • Comfortable with no-code tools (Make, Retool…)

  • Curious, rigorous, autonomous—and above all, smart

  • Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies

  • Fluent in English

  • French bilingual mandatory

Déroulement des entretiens

  1. HR Screening – 30 minutes
    A first conversation with Gwendoline, HR Manager, to get to know you, understand your motivations, and answer any initial questions you may have.

  2. Technical Interview – 1h30 (on-site)
    A meeting with your future manager, including:

    • 1 hour of discussion to dive into your experience, your approach to problem-solving, and your fit with the Manager

    • 30-minute live technical test (or to be completed shortly after the meeting)
