Who are they?
At Spinergie, we aim to take part in the decarbonization of the maritime industry and the development of offshore wind. It is a complex and urgent challenge to take up for the protection of oceans and the energy transition.
Our ambition is to mobilize our collective intelligence and our proprietary algorithms to transform millions of data points into operational insights and recommendations. Decarbonising offshore activities has become a key concern. Our latest fundraising will help us to triple our team and speed up our development. In addition to our offices in France and the US, we plan to soon open new locations in Asia and South America.

Job description
Conduct market research, user interviews and lead user testing sessions
Articulate and test product hypotheses
Collaborate with sales, marketing, analysts, engineers, data scientists, and designers to manage an outcome-driven roadmap
Own product decisions in your domain and contribute to product strategy
Write user stories and product specifications
Break down work and be the focal point for engineers, data scientists and designers
Manage your product backlog
Define and track measurable success criteria for your features & products
Drive product marketing internally and collaborate with marketing for external communications
Enable and evangelize agile product practices across the technical organization
Preferred experience

You are excited about being a thought-partner to our company and customers, refining ideas,
providing perspective, and using data to curate potential opportunities.You balance diligence with speed. You deeply value getting products right, but also understand

You are data-driven and analytically minded.
You have 2-10 years of hands-on product management experience working directly with engineers, data scientists, and designers
