As part of the Customer Care Department, you will be participating in driving the User Care team transformation within our SMB European customers (mainly 🇩🇪 🇫🇷 🇬🇧). Today, this team is responsible for helping & supporting customers anytime they encounter an issue with our product, we are in charge of driving customer education as well as satisfaction.

You will be part of the Care team and will actively coordinate our projects of service enhancement, to ensure operational quality assurance (training, quality checks, process streamlining), reporting, tools administration and communication.

Duration: 6 months (internship) / 1 year (apprenticeship)

Key responsibilities

  • Assist and support the Support Quality Manager in monitoring the quality of service
  • Successfully contribute to delivering projects with high-quality deliverables, meeting deadlines, and working within project estimates.
  • Plan and facilitate meetings successfully, ensuring objectives are met and documented as required (specification, roadmap, requirements, etc...)
  • Prepare and coordinate the meeting notes and make sure the regular updates are provided by the different stakeholders
  • Translate our quality standards and processes into the setup of our tools
  • Support improvement of methodologies, processes, and tools
  • Identify the risks and opportunities based on the data analysis from our reporting tools
  • What we are looking for

  • Great Communicator: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & French
  • Customer-Centric: You make sure the customer care is at the center of our organization and the voice of our customers heard and understood
  • Empathetic: You are passionate, and patient in order to provide a fantastic experience to your customers
  • You are organized with excellent coordination skills
  • You’re a pro when it comes to efficiently multitasking and solving issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Student in the final year of business or engineering school
  • First experience working in Project Management or Operations is a strong advantage
  • You describe yourself as tech-savvy: you like to discover and operate new tools/systems
