We are looking for a Revenue System Operations Leader to build and manage our Productivity (Systems) team.

As a Revenue System Operations Lead at Spendesk, you will own our Revenue technology stack. To help us maximize our investment into a dozen world-class SaaS tools — Salesforce, Salesloft, Hubspot, Gainsight, Modjo, and Insight Squared — you will make sure that these systems are organized, integrated & configured to enable every member of our revenue team to amplify their impact and deliver results with seamless workflows and automation.

You will work closely with Central Revenue Operations, Revenue enablement, Revenue Leader, and our Data team to implement new processes while enhancing existing processes across GTM systems.

You will report directly to our Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the Revenue Systems vision, strategy, “road-mapping” and execution across the business organization:
  • Build & maintain our stack of tools that ensure the best efficiency & experience for revenue teams (Sales, CS & Marketing);
  • Understand, collect and prioritize the needs of our revenue leaders and offer business-oriented recommendations;
  • Ensure the proper deployment & use of the chosen solutions so that each revenue team member makes the most of it;
  • Build our support structure to ensure that we provide the best-in-class support for our end-users;
  • Build, structure, and lead the Revenue Systems organization to drive performance, innovation, and cross-functional alignment;
  • Grow & develop your team so they can continuously learn & increase their impact on the organization;
  • Animate your team & stakeholders with appropriate operating cadences, right technical methodology, routines & communication
  • Source & manage external ressources (specialized consultants or freelance) for specific ad hoc missions
  • Who we are looking for

  • A minimum of 8 years in revenue Operations roles, ideally within a fast-growing tech environment & you have already managed a team;
  • Salesforce knowledge is a must - additional experience with systems like Hubspot, Salesloft, Gainsight, Modjo, Insight Squared, Looker, etc.. is a plus.
  • Passionate about the ecosystem and stay on top of the Revenue Operations Tools ecosystem (tools, releases, features, best practices etc.);
  • A team player attitude, with excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiastic and positive personality;
  • Outstanding capacity to communicate with other teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment - You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
