We’re looking for a seasoned product marketing leader to help Spendesk amplify the voice of the customer in everything we do. You’ll lead a team of rockstar PMMs focused on growth and expansion. This high-visibility, strategic role will work collaboratively across the company and is the linchpin between sales, marketing, customer success, and product management, reporting to the Head of Marketing. You’ll partner with leaders across the company and cross-functional teams to influence the roadmap and drive product awareness and adoption.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, strategic, able to thrive in an entrepreneurial culture, and is a strong leader, who inspires internal and external audiences alike. You’ll need a combination of product thinking, data analysis, segmentation, positioning, and strong business acumen to help drive category awareness and market share among finance teams across Europe and the US. Key responsibilities:

  • Empower a team of PMMs who are responsible for the GTM and product launches across EMEA and the US
  • Define the global positioning, messaging, and product launch strategy for our new product category.
  • Develop, model, and test pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Influence the product roadmap and long-term product vision based on market insights, sales performance, and customer usage.
  • Strengthen our brand which champions finance people and ownership at work.
  • Execute go-to-market campaigns to drive product adoption, growth, and retention.
  • Understand the needs of finance teams through surveys, market research, tests, interviews, and analysis of product usage data.
  • Maintain a feedback loop between sales, CS, product, marketing and product.
  • Work with the website team to create compelling and consistent messaging across Spendesk.com.
  • Own, drive, and report on key metrics related to product adoption, product-led growth, and usage expansion.
  • Scale our routines, processes and launch strategy across multiple products and markets.

Profil recherché

  • You have 10+ years of work experience in a mix of B2B and B2C environments, 5+ in product marketing.
  • A natural storyteller who inspires internal and external audiences.
  • Outstanding communication and messaging skills. Native level French, fluent in English.
  • Previous management experience. Ability to set the north star objectives, empower the team and attract top talent.
  • A master of influence who works well with various groups and levels of the organisation.
  • Strong project management skills. Self-motivated and extremely resourceful in driving projects forward.
  • A wildly curious and quantitative person who uses data and customer insights to solve problems.
  • A customer-first mindset and track record of earning the respect of product teams along with a roll-up your sleeves attitude.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand buyers’ most critical business issues and the ability to translate product and service capabilities.
  • Experience with pricing & packaging is a plus.
