As part of the Accounting team, you will have the opportunity to support the finance department and hold a key position within the company by managing accounting and bookkeeping duties, by covering financials risks and obligations of our subsidiaries and by performing administrative duties

You will work with the finance team and the operational teams of Spendesk and report directly to the Accounting manager.

We're looking for someone to join our team from our Paris office.

What you will do:

  • Oversee the monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting closing processes
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance for all data and build world-class process to achieve quality closing within short delay, maximising analytics for the rest of the Finance department
  • Ensure a full compliance of Spendesk accounting data with local and global regulations (tax return, VAT…)
  • Guarantee the best interaction with other departments to gather the best information
  • Become an expert of the Spendesk platform, testing all new features and being able to help teams improving the solution
  • Your Competency Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in general accounting
  • You are very organised and have the capacity to prioritise tasks and get things done,
  • You have great communication skills and good written & oral presentation,
  • You have a great adaptability skills to work in a constantly evolving and fast paced environment,
  • You have the knowledge of ERP (Netsuite) and Spendesk
  • You are autonomous and fully manage your scope,
  • You have an analytical mind and run analysis to understand financial data,
  • You are fluent in French and English
  • As we are an international team, please submit your application and CV in English.
