About SOS Accessoire
SOS Accessoire is a French start-up, offering a leading solution to repair its household appliances for beginner or an experienced handyman.
The story begins when the founder realized that consumers have only few options to repair their household appliances at uncontrolled prices. Consumers have often no other option than throw away their devices and buy a new equipment
The founder decided to make the repair of household appliances accessible : easier and cheaper. He created SOS Accessoire in 2008, the first website wich gave the consumer a direct access to thousands of spare parts for household appliances to repair by itself their household appliances.!
At the beginnning of 2010, the company quickly launched services that broadened access to repair even for non-handymen: online diagnostic assistance, repair tutorials, assistance by experienced technicians, video repairs…
Since its launch, SOS Accessoire has repaired more than 2 million appliances. Beyond the substantial savings made by households, the equivalent of 40,000 tons of electrical waste have been avoided since the creation of the company!

job description

  • Define and execute the development and growth strategy for SOS Accessoire in Italy: market analysis, competition, positioning, ecommerce objectives, business opportunities, marketplace identification
  • Develop and execute the growth and acquisition strategy (SEO, SEA, RTG, etc.) based on local service providers: define and monitor the main performance indicators
  • Develop the communication strategy aligned with the brand’s guidelines - manage local service providers (e.g. PR agency)
  • Identify and manage local partners
  • Define the product catalog and pricing policy
  • Define and follow up with developers the specifications and special functionalities
  • In charge of project management (daily relations with the developers during the development / optimization of the website), including overseeing the translations of the catalog and content (vidéo, diagnostic…) pages, test and validate the functionalities
  • Manage and optimize the local budget (P&L)

Profil recherché

  • You have 5 years of experience in eTail, bac + 5 business school or university
  • You are native Italian, fluent in French or English and are comfortable working in an international environment
  • You have a perfect knowledge of digital tools: Google analytics, Google adwords/search console, WP and Prestashop
  • You are rigorous and highly analytical and have a very good business sense; you are very customer-oriented
  • You know how to convince and have very good interpersonal skills
