As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in building our data culture. By ensuring that our direction is data-driven, you will make sure everything can be explained and backed with data. You will also play a crucial role in our data mapping strategy.

Responsibilities

As Business Analyst at Sorare, you'll be responsible for:

• Interacting cross-functionally with product, operations and tech teams, and make business recommendations through visual display of data information
• Together with different teams, building, maintaining and improving dashboards to track important KPIs and measure impact of new product features
• Defining the data tracking strategy together with product and business teams
• Defining and improving our event taxonomy so that it stays coherent
• Improving engagement, conversion and acquisition of users
• Working with software engineers to implement real-time solutions

Example of projects you will work on: Monitoring our acquisition funnel and identify bottlenecks (growth), Monitoring newly launched features adoption rate and understanding usage (product), Monitoring cards prices (product)

Requirements

• Prior experience in a data / business analysis team
• Work with large data sets and conduct analysis that includes data gathering
• Ability to choose the right statistical tools given a specific data analysis problem
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and another language (French, German, Italian, Spanish)
• Team player with empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Desire to work in Paris full-time
