Reporting to CEO SODEXO PASS FRANCE

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Identify current initiatives and best practices existing in BRS countries / Sodexo group
  • Select concrete and scalable initiatives (both for our organization and for our offers) to be deployed
  • Prioritize and define a clear roadmap for each year with KPIs
  • Advise and support Sodexo Pass France with the right strategy to move forward on CSR initiatives and support them, involving internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify new partnerships and local opportunities enabling them to have an effective impact on societal challenges such as inclusion, nutrition, health, waste prevention while contributing to a better quality of life, environment
  • Liaise with CR Sodexo Group Team and OSS to find the right convergences to implement our offers (Waste management Training pack, HSE Training, etc.)
  • Coordination with BRS Marketing and Communication and particularly in the context of BRS transformation initiatives (Merchants, Consumers, Payment Excellence) to embed CSR at each level and process, and to build a CSR culture
  • Collecting data and liaising with CR Sodexo Group Team in the Better Tomorrow Performance Process

Profil recherché

  • Graduate in Business studies with a strong entrepreneurial culture and affinity with social and environmental issues;
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience as a CSR manager in Public institutions/ Private companies or consultancies in a multi-cultural environment and very business oriented;
  • Listening and negotiation skills, analytical, creative combined with execution capacities;
  • Excellent written and oral command of English and French;
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, against tight deadlines
