RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Business development

• Approach, develop, engage, maintain relationship and generate revenue from Panel builders / System Integrator/Retailer

New project collaboration and management

• Follow up new project created by our Spec Manager and ensure winning %
• Monitor Project PO, response time, delivery time and after sales by collaborating with respective distributor

Partner development and management

• Conflict Management (PRM), Internal reporting (Order Booking & Sales turnover, M+3 Forecast, Stock Analysis, Strategy & Action Plan)
• Develop our partner / distributor in product knowledge, technical expertise and relationship management to support the market

QUALICATIONS

• Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent 
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in sales or marketing related electrical engineering field
• Ability to read and understand single line diagram
• Ability to develop, execute and monitor channel program (collaborate with marketing team)
• Knowledge in electrical engineering is advantageous
